Writing

In writing we have been learning how to write instructions on how to do things here is my what , so what and now what What: How to write instructions.

So what:I have learned how that the little summary at the bottom is also called a check.

Now what:Now i need to use more adjectives,verbs and adverbs
adjectives are words that describes something eg: Line tag is a CREATIVE game. instead of Line tag is  a fun game

On  monday my class went to the recycling plant on parkhouse road.We did some fun activitys there like putting the 3 r's in order or picking the same pecies of rubbish that is same to our card.

This weeks update

At school this week i learnt loads of things it was really interesting to hear about my new topic at school hope you like reading what i have written. :)

Reading

In reading, we have been learning about an indian man called Arvind Gupta. Arvind  is famous for making toys out of trash. Later in the week i will put some videos and photos of him and his toys.

Topic

This term my topic at school is trash. on by next week i will have loads of stories about my trip to the Eco shop and Eco drop i think it will be really interesting. There is also a book called Trash in our class room we have got the book and are reading it , i think it will be awesome and will have a happy ending.

My What, So What, Now What

What:WALT: To craft an introduction that will hook the reader in.

So What (What have I learnt)
I have learnt to not write "Hi my name is Jessica  Patel" in the start of my intro's.

Now What (What do I need work on next)
I have to work on starting my intro by introducing the topic not me then the topic.

Kapa Haka

At school I do Kapa haka now you might not know what it is but I'm 100 percent sure that you will know what it is once you have finished reading this. Kapa haka is an traditional maori like dance. my teacher (matua rihari) is a very good and funny teacher some times he gives us lollies. I have leant allot with matua and my other friends who are in it HERE for part one and part two is HERE
