Leadership evidence - Librarian

Today Me , Lauren c and Alisha did our duty as a librarian for our leadership badges , we remembered our duty and we reminded our group members too. We helped out Mrs Ward by getting books out for students at the desk and putting books on the shelfs or maybe even helping out at the back with old shelf peices or old books and racks. Overall i think that today was really good and i love to see happy faces on students faces.

Leadership evidence- technology

Today we went to technology at Lincoln it was really fun. Today we made pizza scrolls and cinnamon pinwheels. i remembered to show good leadership and behave at tech while we listened to the teacher or when we were out on the playground. Overall I think today's say was good and I had allot of fun.

Leadership evidence- peer mediation

Today my group had peer mediation we went round wearing our bright green vests and our lanyard with an informative card reminding us if we need help during any problems. I remembered to show up on time and remind my friends to show up on time too. Today we had no problems all that happened was some minor issues that just needed a teachers help. Overall I think today's duty went well because no one was sad because no on had problems.

Heading down to the beach to go have some fun
Slip , slop , slap and wrap
To protect us from the sun
Tasty , fresh mouthwatering fruit cries as I chomp down
Yummy and delicious ice cream melts in the volcanic temperature sun

Peer mediation

Today was my first peer mediation for term two , I remembered to show up and I also helped my partners out by reminding them that we have peer mediation, today my duty went pretty well as usual but one thing that I felt good about was that some kids actually came up to us and asked for help instead of us asking if people that look like they needed help wanted some help, when those few kids came up to us it made me feel important and proud that people are actually going to use our help and ask.
Overall I felt really happy after my duty and I hope for it to be like that all the time.

Goal for term 2

Today is the first day of term two , doesn't it feel like term one whizzed past so fast , anyway this term I have an new leadership goal for this term I will list down below what my goal is and why I chose that goal

My new goal is to try and do more blog posts so I can get my merit bagde

I chose this goal because I haven't done much blog posts and I still have a few more left until I get my merit badge and one of my 2015 leadership for the year goal is to get my merit bagde.

Finally I hope to complete my goal in the next 11 weeks of term 2.

Choir

Yesturday ( Friday) we had choir it was really fun we did mainly the same things as last week but this time we also got told what new systems we have like when we arrive at the hall their will be peices of paper on a row of tables and we have to tick off our name somour music teachers know that we are here. This week was our last choir practice for this term because next Friday is good Friday! Yay that means Easter is nearly here speaking of Easter...

Goal reflection

A few weeks ago I had made a post with a picture of me and my goals for the year. Today I'm going to reflect on those goals seeing if I am getting close to achieving them.
So here were my goals I'd set for the year:

1. I want to get my gold award
2. Get my Merit, Excellence and Distinction badges to show leadership 
3. To try and get head or deputy girl for 2016 

I just added in the last one because I think that should be another goal for me and I was supposed to have three goals not two.

So for the first goal I think I am doing well for a start I don't have many ticks on my chart but I will try my best to atleast get to my bronze.

Next for my second goal I think I'm doing really well I just need more blog post so I think before the end of term 2 I will have my merit badge.

Now for my third goal Te only way I'll get close to it is by showing a lot of leadership so I'll need to complete most of my second goal to achieve this so since this is the same as my second goal I think I will say the same thing and say the I'm doing really well.

So that was the end of my reflection of my 2015 goals I will be doing this every term so just at the end of the term so then you can see how well I'm doing.
